Ingredients & Age Range

As children move from home to school life, sleep, diet, activity and screen habits all change. Following our age-precise, formula-precise approach, we design separate formulas for the 1–6 and 6–18 stages — differing in both composition and dosage, rather than one formula scaled by age.

The preschool calcium, preschool lutein and school-age lutein formulas are free from eight common allergen groups: gluten, crustaceans, egg, peanut, soy, milk, almond (tree nuts) and molluscs. The school-age calcium formula contains milk-derived ingredients (casein phosphopeptide, colostrum basic protein) and an egg-derived ingredient (hydrolysed egg yolk powder); it is free from the other six groups. Full allergen declarations are on each product page — please check before purchasing.

If your child has a history of allergies or a specific medical condition, please consult a doctor before use, and check the full ingredient list and allergen declaration on the relevant product page.

How to Use

The liquid calcium line is best taken around 30 minutes after dinner, or one hour before bed. The liquid lutein line is best taken around 30 minutes after breakfast. See each product page for exact dosage.

No — it can be taken directly, or mixed into food or a drink. It's ready to drink straight from the sachet, with no preparation needed.

This is normal. Amino acid ingredients (such as lysine) can partially settle out when combined with calcium — this is a normal physical characteristic of the formula and doesn't affect quality or safety. We recommend shaking the sachet before drinking.

This is normal. The formula contains vitamin B2 (riboflavin), a water-soluble vitamin that is naturally bright yellow and is excreted through urine after being metabolised — this can make urine appear more yellow. Lutein is a natural plant pigment that behaves similarly. The colour will lighten with more water intake, and this is not a sign of a health issue.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In hot weather, we recommend refrigerating the sachets.

Slight puffing is usually related to storage at a higher temperature, rather than a quality issue — but to be safe, we recommend not drinking a sachet that looks puffed up, and moving the rest of the box somewhere cooler, or into the fridge. The shelf life is 2 years. Please check the packaging for the exact production and expiry dates.
